16,000 seat home to the UConn men's and women's basketball teams and the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack as well as the 40,000 seat home to UConn football.

Ovations has steadily increased food and beverage per caps during all events including a 29% increase during concerts.

HOW DID WE DO IT?

Rebranded all concessions outlets with Ovations proprietary concepts

 
 

Promote specials such as the Wolf Pack Combo meal, dollar dog night and all you can eat night through social media, email blasts and in-venue signage

The Lakeland Center - Lakeland, FL

Multi-purpose venue with 60,000 square-feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space, a 10,000 seat arena and a 2,300 seat theater.
 

Ovations has increased food and beverage profits at The Lakeland Center by 27%.

Host an interactive dining experience called Chef's Center Stage, prior to theater performances, which attracts 150-350 guests per event

5,000 seat home of the Double-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds and first raw bar in MiLB.

In 2013 Ovations delivered per caps that were 87.5% higher than most MLB ballparks.

HOW DID WE DO IT?

Created the first raw bar in MiLB – features fresh raw oysters on the half shell, beer boiled peel-n-eat shrimp and local craft beers

 
 

Promote creative menus and food and beverage events through social media such as beer floats, dishes named for players (ie the Billy Ham & Cheese) and ballpark pub crawls

 

Exceed customer survey quota by maintaining an 88% or higher average

 
 

 Keep the stadium relevant during the off-season with events such as chef-led cooking demonstrations
